In January 2021, Wolfgang Stieglitz, Managing Director and the third generation of the family, decides to sell Rudolf Stieglitz Maschinenbau GmbH to RSH & Kollegen GmbH from Regensburg. The business has since been led by Christian Hanseder.

The new Managing Director, Christian Hanseder, describes the “adventurous company takeover” in hindsight as completely successful. To his mind, the high level of trust he shared with the previous owner Wolfgang Stieglitz was key to the success with which the change of ownership of the metal fabrication company was achieved without significant negative effects. The employees gave the new owner their full support right from the start.
"A trusting relationship soon formed within the team and was fundamentally necessary for the takeover. We had a common interest in keeping the company operating smoothly throughout the transition,“, says Christian Hanseder in summary.
His goal?
To lead the metal fabrication company and develop it consistently, while sharing joy and success with all stakeholders.
His strategy?
To shape the change along every step of the way together with his employees. “I would like to strengthen the bond between the company and its workforce, while setting out clear responsibilities for every employee.”
