Using state-of-the-art software, we provide computer-aided manufacturing. You can supply us with 2D drawings or 3D models.
We have the skills and expertise for everything from conventional machining tasks to modern 5-axis 3D machining using the hyperMILL® CAM system. By increasing our investment in production machinery and equipment, we can now cost-efficiently manufacture complex 5-axis machined parts to particularly tight tolerancesMilling
Our production range covers all common and generally required CNC machining processes for precise milled components up to 5.8 m. Whether prototypes / individual parts or small-batch articles − we produce the milled parts on state-of-the-art 3- and 5-axis milling machines out of all machinable materials, including aluminium, other non-ferrous metals and steel.
Turning
We produce a wide range of CNC turned components for a variety of purposes on our CNC turning machines. We can handle components with dimensions of up to 10 m long and 4 m diameter! We manufacture to the accuracies demanded by your intended use. Precisely and to the millimetre, because we continually check and monitor the manufacturing process. Surface treatment
Our many years of experience in coating metal components are of special benefit to our customers. Depending on the material used for the coating, we can produce almost pore-free surface quality that best fulfils the requirements of a wide range of applications.
